Full terms and conditions
1. The promoter
This promotion is run by Focus Fuel, Auckland, New Zealand ("we", "us"). Contact: support@chewfocusfuel.com.
2. Promotion period
The promotion runs from the time it is published on chewfocusfuel.com on 2 November 2026 until 11:59pm NZDT on 7 November 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
3. Who can enter
The promotion is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18 or over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory. Our employees and their immediate families are not eligible.
4. How to enter
Place and pay for an order on chewfocusfuel.com during the Promotion Period. Each order is one entry. There is no extra cost to enter, and our prices have not been increased because of this promotion.
5. The prizes
There are 3 prizes. Each prize is 4 bags (360 pieces) of Focus Fuel Energy Gum, with a recommended retail value of NZ$260, shipped free to the winner's address in New Zealand or Australia. The total prize value is NZ$780. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
6. How winners are chosen
Before the Promotion Period started, 3 order numbers were drawn at random using a random number generator, and a dated record of the draw was kept. An eligible order with one of those order numbers wins a prize.
If a drawn order number is not reached during the Promotion Period, or the order with that number is cancelled, refunded before the prize is sent, or ineligible, a replacement winner will be drawn at random from all other eligible orders placed during the Promotion Period. Any replacement draw will take place within 7 days after the Promotion Period ends.
7. Winner notification and claiming
Winners will be emailed at the email address used for their order, within 24 hours of placing the order (or within 7 days after the Promotion Period ends for any replacement draw). To claim, the winner replies to confirm their delivery address within 30 days. If a prize is not claimed within 30 days, it will be awarded to a replacement winner drawn at random under clause 6.
8. Prize delivery
Prizes will be shipped, tracked and free of charge, within 10 business days of the winner confirming their address.
9. Publicity
Winners are not required to take part in any publicity. With a winner's permission, we may share their first name and last initial and any content they choose to send us.
10. Privacy
We use entrants' details only to run this promotion and contact winners, in line with our privacy policy.
11. General
These terms will not change once the promotion has started. If the promotion cannot run as planned because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we may cancel it, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
