You've been burned by hype before. Here's the straight version.
I tried energy gum before and felt nothing.
That's usually a dose problem. Most energy gums sit at 30 to 50mg a piece, about half a coffee. Every Focus Fuel piece is a full 100mg of natural caffeine, paired with L-theanine. Still don't feel it in your first 5 sessions? The Empty Tank Guarantee pays you back.
Won't it taste like a $30 pack of nothing?
Fresh spearmint, zero sugar, and a promise most energy brands won't touch: if you can't stand the taste, every cent back. We wouldn't put our money on the flavour if we didn't rate it.
How fast does it kick in?
Faster than queueing for a flat white. The caffeine absorbs through the lining of your mouth as you chew, instead of waiting on your stomach like a drink or pill. Pop it as you sit down, not after you've already lost an hour.
Will I get the jitters or a 3pm crash?
That's exactly why L-theanine is in there. It's the amino acid from tea leaves that smooths caffeine into calm, steady focus instead of a spiky buzz. Stick to the dose, one piece per lock-in and max two a day, and skip the extra coffee.
Is this just another TikTok gimmick?
Fair question. No smart-drug magic here: natural caffeine plus L-theanine, the most studied focus pairing there is, with B vitamins. It won't fix your life. It'll get you through the next few hours of the thing you've been putting off.
It comes down to how big your to-do list is.

Great for focus, the flavor sticks around for a while and it’s actually pretty good compared to other caffeine gum. The caffeine isn’t too much so it’s fine to have a few pieces, however if you’re an avid bubble blower you may not be able to with just one piece.
This gum provides a good energy boost without any kind of a jittery feeling.
Very tasty. Minty. Didn't feel like it was too much caffeine
Keeps me focused and energized during early morning exams. Great product
Best caffine product
The best thing for people who want to lock in
Just finished my 3rd pack. Focus Fuel get me super focused on work, and will defo be buying more.
great substitute for unhealthy energy drinks, clean taste and gets me dialed in, love that it has no sugar
Kept me awake during session, 10/10 would recommend💀
Focus Fuel keeps me locked in on getting my day started and allows me to get everything done without being overwhelmed. Genuinely replaces my morning coffee
Definitely prefer Trenchies over energy drinks any day. Packed with natural caffeine and clean ingredients so you know exactly what you’re consuming. Keeps me focused for the gym or work. Good taste and zero sugar.
These are fire and have you feeling great and they have quick shipping!
Honestly wasn’t expecting these to replace my energy drinks but😭 I’m eating a few of these little gum pieces before ever getting a coffee or Celsius again
Focus Fuel is so fire. Taste good and actually get me locked in.
What a great place to get a burst Of energy when you do not want something to drink, Gum.
This gum is pretty tasty but two of them really had me locked in for a long time.
I love this gum, it feels as if you naturally gained energy out of nowhere. I love it, I have it every other day or just when I need it, so I can say I haven't developed an addiction for it.
Perfect focus gum. Pop one in while I'm working and I'm dialed for the next few hours.
Tasted good got an energy boost and arrived on time.

This gum is awesome. Definitely helps keeps me focused. Best way to describe is like me drinking 2 cups of coffee. I like that is is more natural energy boost than most products on market. Lasts about 2 hours. I chew about 3 sometimes 4 piecs a day. Only downside is it does have a "crash" factor.
I work nights and drive a lot, I was drinking 3-4 energy drinks to keep me awake and alert while driving but within a few weeks noticed I was having pretty bad heartburn from the energy drinks. So I started looking into different options. I heard about this gum a few months ago and was skeptical. All I can say is I wish I tried it sooner. I love it and I will definitely be subscribing for monthly delivery. I even had my son with ADHD try it, he struggles a lot with focus in school. He's in 8th grade and the first day he tried it, he got a few comments from his teachers telling him he did great and they can tell he was locked in for his work, he got a 100% on a test he took that day. We are so happy to have tried this and it'll be a must have from now on.
What I like most is the quick and convenient energy boost. It's easy to use, doesn't leave me feeling overly jittery, and provides the extra mental focus I'm looking for during training sessions.
My child says it helps him focus in class. I'm going g to take his word for it
It’s the best tasting caffeine infused gum I’ve tried. Doesn’t give you the jitters either.
Using this product gave me energy, and I was able to get things accomplished without feeling jittery.
This stuff has helped me with focus and energy! Taste great too!
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! I carry a pack in my car, purse and bought a bag for work to share with co-workers!!!
Works well for both the workplace and studying! It comes with plenty to last me at least a month personally.
Very good 👍🏿 focus is much better
Improved focus! ADHD-friendly it helps with concentration and I use a few a day for steady energy. Pricey but medicinal and worth it!
I like it. I can actually chew the gum for a long time. Taste good and helps me focus throughout the day.
Great flavor.

Right before the thing you've been putting off: a study block, a deep-work session, the 3pm wall or before training. One piece, then start.
Two rules: skip it in the 6 hours before bed, and don't stack it with a pre-workout or energy drink. And if you're genuinely drowsy behind the wheel, pull over. Caffeine isn't a substitute for sleep.
Check with your GP or pharmacist first if you take any prescription medication, especially ADHD stimulants, antidepressants, or blood pressure or heart medication, or if you have a heart condition, anxiety or are sensitive to caffeine.
Focus Fuel is caffeine and L-theanine for a work session. It isn't a treatment for anything, and it isn't a replacement for medication you've been prescribed.
You can, within the limit: max 2 pieces a day, and count your coffee and energy drinks in that too.
Straight up: it's caffeine, so like coffee, your body can get used to it if you lean on it all day, every day. Save it for the sessions that matter and it keeps doing its job.
